Jeremy Corbyn stays behind after Remembrance Sunday ceremony to applaud WWII veterans |The Independent

 Jeremy Corbyn:

  • both parents served in WW2
  • wore a red poppy
  • laid a wreath with a handwritten note and bowed in front of The Cenotaph
  • stayed on to watch the entire parade, talking with and taking pictures for veterans, while other politicians went to a VIP reception
  • attended a second memorial service in his constituency on the same day

…and is criticised for not bowing his head low enough?
